🌴. కుండలినీ జాగృతి, క్షయ వ్యాధి హరించుకు పోవుటకు, 🌴

శ్లో:35. మనస్త్వం వ్యోమత్వం మరుదసి మరుత్సారది రసి 

త్వమాపస్త్యం భూమి స్త్వయి పరిణతాయాం నహి పరంl 

త్వమేవ స్వాత్మానం పరిణమయితుం విశ్వవపుషా 

చిదానందాకారం శివ యువతి భావేన బిభృషేll 

 

🌻. తాత్పర్యము : 

అమ్మా ! ఆజ్ఞా చక్రమునందు గల మనస్తత్వమును, విశుద్ధి చక్రమునందు ఉన్న ఆకాశతత్వము, అనాహత చక్రమునందు ఉన్న వాయు తత్వము నీవే కదా. స్వాదిస్థాన చక్ర ముందున్న అగ్ని తత్వము, మణిపూరక చక్రమందలి జలతత్వము, మూలాధార చక్రమునందున్న పృధ్వీ తత్వము కూడా నీవే. నీకన్నా వేరైనది ఏదియూ లేదు కదా. నీవే నీ స్వరూపమును జగత్తు యొక్క రూపముగా పరిణమింప జేయుటకు చిదానందాకారమయిన శివ తత్వమును ధరించుచున్నావు కదా ! 

🌻. జప విధానం - నైవేద్యం :

ఈ శ్లోకమును 1000 సార్లు ప్రతి రోజు 45 రోజులు జపం చేస్తూ, తేనె, చక్కెర, పాయసం నివేదించినచో కుండలినీ శక్తి జాగరణ, క్షయ వ్యాధి నివారణ జరుగును అని చెప్పబడింది.

🌴 Kundalini Raising and Curing of Tuberculosis 🌴

35. Manas tvam vyoma tvam marud asi marut saarathir asi Tvam aastvam bhoomis tvayi parinathayam na hi param; Tvam eva svatmanam parinamayithum visva-vapusha Chidanand'aakaram Shiva-yuvati-bhaavena bibhrushe.

🌻 Translation :

Mind you are, ether you are, air you are, fire you are, water you are, earth you are, and you are the universe, mother, there is nothing except you in the world, but to make believe your form as the universe, you take the role of wife of Shiva, and appear before us in the form of ethereal happiness.

🌻 Chanting procedure and Nivedyam (offerings to the Lord) :   

If one chants this verse 1000 times each day for 45 days, offering, honey, sugar and payasam as prasadam, it is said that a raise in Kundalini and one would be able to overcome tuberculosis.

Cure of asthma, tuberculosis and other lung troubles; vision of Shiva and Devi in dreams.
